TRADITIONAL FOLKLORE SHOW ( with or without dinner)

This is not a show concocted for tourists, it's a faithful revival of the original "Tarantella" dances typical of Southern Italy. These dances told stories of daily life and some have slightly pagan origins, for example, the ritualistic dance preceding the fishermens' expedition which was supposed to invoke an abundant catch.

There are various scenes depicting such everyday events of a bygone era, with singing, music and dancing - guaranteed to have your toes tapping !

Tour details:
Itinerary : Show with dinner - dinner is served at 20.00 in the upstairs dining area (there is a lift) and the menu is :

Aperitif of "Prosecco" - a slightly sparkling dry white wine
Antipasto of Caprese Salad - mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil
First Course of pasta with zucchini (courgettes) and pasta with cannelloni with ricotta and spinach
Main Course of Oven-baked fish with olives and capers. Side dish of potatoes
Dessert of lemon profiteroles

Wine, bottled water, espresso coffee and limoncello (local lemon liqueur) included.

Show without dinner : The show starts after dinner at 21.30 so those not dining at the venue should arrive by this time. The show finishes around 22.45.
